The consolidated financial statements of Anasac and its subsidiary companies are reviewed and certified by external auditors. Therefore, when the Board approves the financial statements, they are then disclosed to the audit authority and to the general public.

The Annual Reports and audited financial statements of the company are presented in compliance with the provisions of Article No. 74 of the Law 18,046 on Corporations and Article No. 10 of the Law 18,045 on Stock Market.
