Each year, thousands of hours of training are developed in a wide range of topics and areas within ANASAC.
Among these programs is “Leaders, Cultivating Tomorrow,” a gender-balanced initiative designed to enhance both current performance and career development. This program has been in place for four years and continues to strengthen our team.

We actively promote the physical and mental well-being of our employees, as well as prevent potential health risks during our operations.
Our goal is to reduce the accident rate of our workers every year until we reach a zero incident rate.
All our industrial facilities have specialized personnel dedicated exclusively to risk prevention, thus guaranteeing a safe and healthy work environment for everyone.

We have established rigorous processes to ensure the proper selection of suppliers and strict compliance with legal and quality standards.
We have a detailed regulation that specifies the administrative procedures, requirements and obligations that contractors and subcontractors must comply with during the execution of activities and services contracted at ANASAC.
