Under the terms of Law No. 18,046 on Corporations (the “LSA”), Agrícola Nacional S.A.C. (the “Company” or “Anasac”) and its subsidiaries are subject to compliance with the rules outlined in Title XVI of said law on related party transactions in open corporations and their subsidiaries.
