Therefore, we have designed and implemented a Community Engagement Plan, focused on improve the local quality of life, promote territorial development, and build mutually beneficial solutions.
Our goal is clear: to be good neighbors and allies for the growth of the rural localities where we have a presence.

The strengthening program in support of community organizations has the central objective of equipping key community actors and leaders with essential tools and knowledge for applying for and receiving competitive grants, thereby facilitating the acquisition of resources to address the main community and sectoral needs and problems.
To: Individuals over 18 years of age, leaders and members of organizations with legal personality, who seek to empower their organization.
Important: This program is carried out during the third quarter of the year.

This program seeks to strengthen the community through education, offering a flexible, semi-in-person space that contributes to the integral development of our neighboring localities. Its purpose is to generate solid labor ties that drive a significant improvement in the quality of life for all its participants.
To: Individuals 18 years of age or older who have not completed elementary or high school.
Important: This program starts the second quarter of the year. This certificate qualifies the holder to continue technical or higher education studies.

This program is born from our pillar of community relations, an essential part of our Sustainability Strategy, with the purpose of driving the integral development of our neighboring localities. The entrepreneurship program is part of our community outreach policy, aimed at strengthening labor activity in the sector and supporting residents who lack the means to access the knowledge they need. Its implementation seeks to enhance skills for the effective management of businesses and ventures, develop aptitudes that enrich work experience, and open opportunities to explore new sectors.
To: Individuals 18 years or older, entrepreneurs with active or operational businesses, or individuals with a business idea.
Important: This program starts the second quarter of the year.

It is a program that seeks to contribute to reducing the digital divide and promoting user empowerment in the use of various digital equipment, incorporating the ability to understand and apply the use of digital tools which can visibly make our reality more productive and efficient.

Adults over 18 years of age who wish to expand their digital knowledge in favor of new job opportunities.
Important: This program starts the second quarter of the year.
Success Story:

The tree-planting program aims to benefit the inhabitants of our various neighboring communities and economically vulnerable groups lacking green spaces, considering the sustainability of the different areas, thus contributing to improving the quality of life for those living in the sector. This activity is carried out through an agreement established with the National Forest Corporation (CONAF).
To: Neighboring areas with a lack of green spaces
Important: To ensure the afforestation of a square or strategic location determined by a locality, one must have title of ownership, right of use, or a current rental agreement. This program is generally executed in the 4th quarter of the year.
Success Story:

Through the New Public Spaces for Your Commune program, the aim is to improve the quality of life for residents of a specific locality that lacks recreational and family spaces, such as plazas and multipurpose courts. This program is developed in collaboration with the local municipality and various public and private entities.
To: Neighboring towns lacking spaces and areas for recreational use.
Important: To guarantee this project, you must have a property title, right of use, or a current lease agreement.
Success Story:

As part of our initiative to promote the use of neighborhood venues and public spaces for various citizen activities, corresponding to our local communities. We support the work of these efforts.

Success Story:

The annual winter vacation workshops, held in various neighboring towns, aim to provide an educational and recreational activity for children. The Sustainability department, committed to promoting respect for the environment, brings this initiative of reuse workshops, fostering a practical and fun approach to sustainability.
To: Boys and girls between 6 and 12 years of age belonging to our neighboring communities.
Important: These workshops are generally held during winter break.

Within the framework of our Sustainability Strategy, we constantly strive to be relevant players in the growth of Chilean society, through our contributions to the development of the agricultural sector. This is why we annually conduct various workshops for students with the main objective of developing agricultural skills that they can replicate in their environment, generating spaces for integration and coexistence within the student community. Likewise, the aim is to improve the eating habits of the participating youth, promoting the sustainable use of available resources.
To: Educational Establishments in our neighboring towns and other EDs in the commune in general
Important: This activity involves monthly workshops at the designated establishment between April and December.
Success Story: Liceo Manuel Plaza Reyes Educational Garden in Lampa.

As an initial step to make the company visible and transparent to the community, an open-door policy has been implemented. This policy aims to allow those closest to Anasac's facilities to learn about its internal processes and ways of operating. In the short term, this will help generate a close, community-based relationship, fostering the exchange of ideas, suggestions, and questions for the well-being of the sector and its inhabitants.
