Open Door Policy - Guided Tours at Lampa Plant

At ANASAC, we believe that opening our doors means opening paths of trust, dialogue and collaboration. With this conviction, we resume our Open Door Policy in the Lampa Plant, and neighbors of Lipangue to share, in the field, how we work with sustainability y security at the heart of our operations.

During the day, attendees toured key areas of the plant, learned about our operational safety standards and the environmental initiatives underway, including the efficient use of resources, responsible waste management and continuous improvement plans.

“We are proud to be part of the community as a neighbor. These instances inspire us to continue working together, strengthening mutual respect and care for our environment,” said ANASAC's Operations Management.

The activity is part of a community outreach calendar that seeks to bringing the industry closer to the people, to make processes transparent and generate spaces for bidirectional learning.
