Led by its General Manager, Daniel Traverso, the Anasac International Convention was held with great success during the first days of March in the city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
On this occasion, in addition to the country representatives, Daniel Galindo (Crop Protection Manager of Anasac Chile), Eduardo Cerón (Corporate Manager of Crop Protection Projects), Vladimir Sanchez (Regional Head of Development Agro Crop Protection) and Norma Cruz (Head of Human Resources Anasac Chile and other Latam) participated with the aim of projecting the future of the company and strengthen integration in the region. Gabriel Ormeño (General Manager of Anasac Chile and Director of Anasac International), highlighted the continued commitment to collective success.

The convention focused on the markets in Central America and the Caribbean (CAC) and in Ecuador., The company analyzed in detail the year 2023 and projected strategies for 2024. Threats were identified and strategies to overcome them were discussed, with a focus on demand generation and strengthening relationships with distributors. During the presentations, the team's positive attitude and commitment to the challenges ahead were highlighted.
New products for the market were presented, such as Uranus, Syvor and Sinweed, that promise to make a difference in some Central American and Caribbean countries. The integration of Erson Funez and Marco Duran, new country managers for Honduras and Ecuador respectively, was received with enthusiasm by the rest of the participants. Both demonstrated a deep knowledge of their respective countries, which augurs a continued growth in them.
Daniel Galindo, shared the successes and key strategies that have driven the company's growth in Chile, providing valuable insight for the audience. The support of Eduardo Cerón and Vladimir Sanchez on projects, development and marketing strategies was instrumental in enriching the discussions.
