ALTAIR® 50 WP is a systemic fungicide absorbed through stems, leaves, and roots, with acropetal translocation. It inhibits the growth of fungal mycelium inside the plant and prevents sporulation by interfering with the biosynthesis of fungal nucleic acids. It acts curatively due to the metalaxyl and protectively due to the copper. Both provide protection inside and outside the plant. Specifically for the control of foliage diseases caused by oomycete fungi.
