This will allow an orderly, timely and transparent follow-up of each request.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1125\" data-end=\"1391\">\n<p data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1391\" data-rm-block-id=\"block-4\">\u201cThis channel is born from the conviction that a good relationship with the communities is built on permanent dialogue and active listening.
